Rural CME Webinar 30th October 7:30pm
Gender affirming healthcare with Jennifer Shields
This Rural CME webinar on gender diversity in primary care covers some useful background knowledge, language and terms, and practical tips you can put in place to build more welcoming and accessible primary care environments for Aotearoa's transgender and non-binary communities, who face significant barriers to accessing care. We'll also touch on the process around prescribing gender affirming hormone therapy to adults in primary care.
