Cultural Insight and CME Planning: Uplifting Mana in Rural Healthcare

When you thrive - so does the world around you

This one-day workshop is designed to offer doctors a rare opportunity to step back from their busy schedules and focus on both their professional development and personal well-being. Through guided sessions on CME planning and preparation, you'll gain tools to structure your ongoing learning, while also exploring the cultural dynamics and patient interactions specific to rural healthcare settings. This workshop emphasises the importance of understanding cultural context, building stronger connections with patients, and creating time for reflection and recovery. The ultimate goal is to uplift mana, allowing you to return to your practice refreshed, empowered, and equipped with a deeper understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of rural healthcare. Endorsed by the RNZGP for 10 CME credits, this workshop is designed to be flexible and responsive to the needs of participants, with content tailored to ensure the best outcomes for all attendees.
